1. Eligibility & account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our discretion if these Terms are violated or for suspected fraud or abuse.

2. Orders, pricing & payment

• Order acceptance: Your order is an offer to purchase. We may accept or reject any order for any reason. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund you.
• Availability: Products and prices are subject to change and may be limited in quantity.
• Pricing errors: We may correct errors or inaccuracies and update information at any time, including after you submit an order. If a material pricing or availability error affects your order, we will contact you before proceeding.
• Taxes: Prices shown exclude applicable taxes and duties unless stated otherwise. You are responsible for any such charges.
• Payment: We use secure payment processors. By submitting a payment method, you represent that you are authorized to use it and authorize us to charge the full order amount, including taxes, shipping, and any applicable duties.

3. Shipping, risk of loss & customs

Shipping options, fees, and estimated delivery times are described on our Shipping & Delivery page. Title and risk of loss pass to you when we deliver the products to the carrier. International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes upon arrival; these are your responsibility.

4. Returns & refunds

Our returns window, eligibility conditions, and how to start a return are set out in our Returns & Refunds Policy. Where a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

5. Promotions, discounts & gift cards

Promotional offers and discount codes are subject to their stated terms, may not be combined, and are not redeemable for cash. Gift cards (if offered) are not reloadable, cannot be exchanged for cash (except where required by law), and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.

6. Intellectual property & license

All content on the Site—including text, graphics, logos, images, page layouts, and software—is owned by or licensed to Book Press House and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or exploit any part of the Services without our prior written consent.

7. User content & submissions

If you send us manuscripts, reviews, comments, or other materials (collectively, “User Content”), you grant Book Press House a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display that content for the purpose of operating and improving the Services. You represent that you own the rights to your User Content and that it does not infringe any third-party rights or violate any law.

8. Prohibited uses

In using the Services, you agree not to:

• Infringe the intellectual property or privacy rights of others.
• Upload malicious code, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or disrupt the Site.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Book Press House and our directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the order giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold Book Press House harmless from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Services.

13. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of United Kingdom, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Courts located in United Kingdom shall have exclusive jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country give you the right to bring a claim in your local courts. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date reflects the current version. Changes take effect when posted on this page. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
