How do I place an order?
Add the book to your cart and proceed to checkout. You can check out as a guest or create an account to view order history and tracking links later.
Can I edit or cancel my order?
If your order hasn’t been dispatched, we can adjust or cancel it. Email info@bookpresshouse.com with your order number as soon as possible. Once an order is in transit, please follow our returns process after delivery.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide. Available destinations, delivery options, and costs are shown at checkout. International orders may be subject to customs duties or taxes on arrival.
How long will delivery take?
Estimated delivery windows are shown at checkout based on your address and chosen service. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking link as soon as your order is dispatched.
Where can I track my order?
Use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. If you created an account, you can also see the status on your Account page.
What is your return policy?
Books are final sale unless they arrive damaged, defective, or we sent the wrong item. Report issues within 14 days of delivery with photos. Unused, unopened non-book items may be returned within 14 days. See the full policy on our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Who pays for return shipping?
We cover return shipping for damaged/defective or incorrect items. For change-of-mind returns on eligible non-book items, customers pay return shipping.
What formats do you publish?
We focus on high-quality print editions. Digital or audio formats may be released for selected titles—any available formats are listed on each product page.
How can I preview the book?
Product pages include a description and, where available, a sample.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major debit/credit cards and accelerated checkout options shown at checkout (such as wallet payments available on your device). All transactions are processed securely by our payment partners; we do not store full card details.
Which currency will I be charged in?
Prices display and are charged in the store currency unless stated otherwise at checkout. Your bank may apply its own exchange rate and fees for international purchases.
Do I need an account to order?
No—guest checkout is available. Creating an account lets you track orders and view your purchase history.
My address changed—how do I update it?
Update saved addresses in your Account. For open orders, email us immediately at info@bookpresshouse.com—we’ll do our best to update before dispatch.
Do you offer wholesale or bulk orders?
Yes. For bookstores, schools, or organizations, contact info@bookpresshouse.com with your quantity, delivery location, and timeline. We’ll quote pricing and lead times.
Do you accept manuscript submissions?
We consider proposals on a rolling basis. Please email a brief synopsis, target audience, and one sample chapter to info@bookpresshouse.com. If your work fits our list, we will follow up with next steps.
I didn’t receive my confirmation or tracking email. What should I do?
Please check your spam or promotions folder and ensure your email address is correct. If you still can’t find it, contact info@bookpresshouse.com and include your name and any order details you have.
