We aim to get every order right. If there’s a problem, we’ll fix it. Please review the details below before sending anything back.

Books

Final sale. We do not offer refunds or returns for books unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. Report issues within 14 days of delivery with photos.

Non‑book items

Unused, unopened items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. You’re responsible for return shipping for change-of-mind returns.

Who pays shipping?

  • We pay return shipping for damaged/defective or wrong items.
  • You pay return shipping for change-of-mind returns.

How to start a return

  1. Email info@bookpresshouse.com within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number and a brief description. For damaged/defective items, attach clear photos of the issue and the packaging if damaged.
  2. We’ll reply with a return authorization and the warehouse address. Please do not ship anything without authorization.
  3. Pack items securely, including all accessories and the packing slip, and ship within 14 days of authorization.

Eligibility & condition

  • Books: Only eligible if damaged, defective (e.g., misprint, missing pages), or the wrong title/edition was sent.
  • Non-book items: Must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
  • Non-returnable: Digital downloads, gift cards, personalized or signed items, and items marked final sale.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or packing slip) is required for all returns.

Refunds, replacements & timing

  • Damaged/defective books: We will offer a replacement when available. If a replacement isn’t available, we’ll issue a refund.
  • Refund method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days after we receive and inspect the return or confirm the issue.
  • Shipping fees: Original shipping is refundable only when the return is due to our error or a defective/damaged item.

Order cancellations

If you wish to cancel before dispatch, email info@bookpresshouse.com. If your order has already shipped, please follow the returns process above (books remain final sale unless damaged/defective).
