Shipping & Delivery

We ship worldwide from our fulfillment partners. Delivery estimates and options are shown at checkout based on your address. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order is dispatched.

Worldwide shipping

We deliver to most countries. If your destination is unavailable at checkout, email info@bookpresshouse.com and we’ll try to enable it.

Processing time

Orders are usually prepared within 1–2 business days. During launches or holidays, allow an extra day.

Tracking

Tracking details are emailed on dispatch. If you created an account, you can also view status on your Account page.

Customs & duties

International shipments may incur import duties/taxes upon arrival. These are the recipient’s responsibility and are not collected at checkout unless specified.

Shipping rates

Rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight/size, and the service you select. If multiple services are available, you can choose the speed and price that suits you.

Estimates are not guarantees. Weather, customs, and carrier capacity can affect delivery windows.

Addresses & delivery attempts

  • Address accuracy: Please double-check your address at checkout. Contact us immediately if you need a change—once shipped, we can’t reroute most parcels.
  • P.O. Boxes: Some international services can’t deliver to P.O. boxes. Provide a street address where possible.
  • Delivery attempts: Carriers may attempt delivery or hold at a nearby pickup point. Uncollected parcels are returned to sender.
  • Undeliverable/return to sender: We can reship (additional postage applies) or refund the product price per our Returns Policy.

Late, lost, or damaged orders

  • Delayed: If your tracking hasn’t updated for 7 days, contact us and we’ll investigate with the carrier.
  • Lost: If a parcel is confirmed lost, we’ll replace or refund as appropriate.
  • Damaged: Email photos of the packaging and item within 14 days of delivery so we can arrange a replacement. Books are otherwise final sale.

Multiple items & preorders

Orders may ship in multiple parcels for speed or availability. If a preorder is included, we may ship available items first. You’ll receive separate tracking emails for each shipment.
